Agenda
The Horn Center engages in an active agenda of a range of deliverables such as; research, staging of important policy events, periodic policy briefs and publications, not to mention a sustained interdisciplinary collaboration with policymakers, the business and academic communities in Somalia and the region. As an indigenous Somali institution that is autonomous and nonpartisan, the Horn Center brings a distinctive contribution to the contemporary policy debate and political direction in Somalia.
The Center also provides technical and advisory support to the federal government and regional governments, civil society, regional and international organizations, in a spectrum of policy matters including inter alia; Good Governance, Democratization & Constitutional making Process, Security Sector Reform, Reconciliation and Counter Radicalization of Youth. Horn Center brings together indigenous Somali professionals, with diverse skills and expertise in various fields.
