The primary goal of HC is to support local institutions by providing trainings and assistance with district formation. By encouraging inclusive local governance through the establishment of district councils in Galmudug, HC will engage in governance, peace, and reconciliation efforts to strengthen Somalia’s stability. On the other hand, HC will collaborate with local government institutions, including security, to increase the capacity of those institutions.
